Customs Duties and Taxes :

Customer are responsible for import taxes and any other government requirements (i.e. including any paperworks) of the purchasing order's delivery jurisdiction.  If customer refuse to pay any taxes and/or government charges and resulting in the purchasing order is being shipped back to us, customer are responsible for all shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee on the purchasing order amount.  The remaining balance (if any) of the payment will then be refunded back to customer.  We do not responsible for any lose and charges when the purchasing order is seized by the government.    

Terms and conditions:

1) We only manage/handle purchasing order that is placed through our website.

2) Purchasing order can be modified or cancelled, and customer have to contact us at our email address (sales@wiitech.com.hk) and providing ordering-number for our attention.

3) Purchasing order cannot be modified and/or cancelled if it has been shipped.

4) We do not responsible for any shipping charge/fee because all shipping services are charged/handled by third party.

5) We may ship the purchasing order in one or more instalments.  Any times and dates given for dispatch of purchasing order, and/or length of delivery time, are only estimates.  We will provide Tracking-number of the shipment for you to trace the purchasing order.  We do not responsible for any delay in delivery time of the purchasing order.

6) While all purchasing orders are being packed properly for shipping, we do not responsible for any lost and/or damages in the purchasing order during shipping because all shipping services are handled by third party.

7) If the purchasing order was shipped to customer's address, but the shipment is returned to us by the shipping agency, customer is responsible for all shipping charges/fee.  We will contact customer about the reshipping arrangement, and customer have to pay the reshipping fee when we ship the purchasing order to customer again.

3. Confirm billing details, delivery details & delivery method
4. Accept Paypal only (We will ship under Paypal Name and address only)
5. Confirm Order (Shipping cost will calculate automatically)
6. After you placed an order,we will send an order confirmation with order number to your e-mail address.
7. Ship out the item within 5 working days after payment.
8. The delivery time will be depended on different destination.
9. Shipping costs are not refundable.
